It’s a question so many of us have asked ourselves
“how can I marry my skills with my passions to create
a business that feeds my spirit and also fills a need for others?”
For us, Jessi Wrench and Jessica Purtell, our answer was developing
a community-based one-of-a-kind shopping event – Divine Consign.
We both enjoyed careers as professional event planners (where we met),
started families and became stay-at- home moms. As we searched for a
creative outlet, we were distracted by the obscene amount of unused
clothing in our closets. Is it just us? Do our friends have the same
problem? It was then we realized women's sizes, styles and careers
are constantly changing - we are not alone. What do we do with all
the clothes? How do we ever get back a fraction of what we paid for them?
Divine Consign was created as a place for women to recycle their lovely,
though often unused, wardrobes. It allows women to earn money for their
household by selling their unused clothing and enjoy the opportunity to
purchase a fabulous new wardrobe within their budget. Divine Consign, a
unique shopping experience not to be missed, because even in the current
economy everyone deserves to be divine!
